The location of the hotel was great, close to the sanctuary. the gardens were lovely, and the European facilities were clean. the buffet lunch had plenty of choices, and the Christmas tree decorations in the gift shop were good value for money.

The service was poor, and the staff took ages to bring the menu and were not properly trained.

The a la carte breakfast has a wide variety of food options. The standard room is equipped with everything you might need. Plus, the wifi worked perfectly during our stay. 🥞

During my Xmas stay, I appreciated the extensive lunch buffet with gourmet food of both Western and Indian treats. the staff serving the food were very friendly and helpful, providing an impeccable service. the location was simply beautiful, with lovely gardens and fountains that were a joy to explore.

The overall experience was quite disappointing. the staff at reception were rude and unhelpful, never smiling or providing a warm welcome.
